who we are

Pastor David was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri.  He committed his life to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at the age of 13, sensing a clear calling to help others meet, know, and follow Christ.

After graduating from high school in 1989, he pursued Biblical Studies at Shepherd's School of Ministry in Kansas City and Luther Rice Seminary and has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Theology.

In 1991, Pastor David married his high school sweetheart, and together they have raised two wonderful children, now grown.

Over the years, Pastor David has served in a variety of ministry roles, including Youth Ministry, Worship, Young Married Couples, Discipleship and Celebrate Recovery.

He currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Rocky Mountain Chapel.
